The questions we hear most often

What materials are allowed in the dumpster?
Household items, furniture, renovation debris, shingles, decking, flooring and drywall. No paint, fuel, tires, batteries or freon-containing appliances. Yard waste, dirt and concrete go in a dedicated heavy-debris container.
Where does the container get placed?
Any spot our truck can safely access — your driveway, side yard, or curbside with the right permit. Let us know which direction you want the door to face and we'll position it accordingly.
Which size do most homeowners go with?
The 20 yard. It handles a kitchen renovation or a whole-house cleanout, and it's our most-delivered size across Dallas. If your job calls for less, we'll let you know and bring the 10 or 15 instead.
Is a permit required in Dallas?
Not when the container stays on your own driveway. If it needs to sit on a public street, Dallas requires a right-of-way permit — we'll point you to exactly who handles that.
How many days can I keep the container?
Every size comes with seven days. Need more time? Just call or text before your scheduled pickup and we'll extend it.
